Hatha yoga is for anyone. When practiced regularly it provides essential movement for the muscles, tendons and joints, and keeps our spines healthy and supple.
Our beginners series is safe and easy for anyone to follow. It is slower paced which makes it easier for you to explore the postures and breathing techniques. You will learn basic yoga postures that make your body healthy and strong, while promoting mental clarity and relaxation.
