Dr. Keith Sheehan founded Sheehan Chiropractic and has practiced Chiropractic and Holistic Healthcare in the Lancaster Area for nine years. He specializes in Nutritional Therapy, a complement to the principles of Chiropractic medicine that includes nutritional evaluations, herbology and personalized health programs. Dr. Sheehan is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College. In addition to his Chiropractic training, he is certified in Chiropractic Physiotherapy, Active Release Technique, Meridian Therapy, Herbology and Homeopathy. Dr. Sheehan has been practicing yoga and meditation for the past 11 years. From his own practice, he has found yoga to be vital in preventing and treating injuries.

Cindy Frontz has been studying and practicing yoga and mindfulness meditation for over ten years. She currently teaches meditation to individuals interested in developing their own meditation practice at the Stress Resolution Center. Cindy is also a certified yoga instructor who completed her Teacher Training at the Yoga Path in 2000. She has found meditation to be a powerful tool for change in her own life and in the lives of her students.

Laura Sheehan has been studying Eastern Cultures and Languages for 12 years, especially these languages of the Indian subcontinent: Sanskrit, Hindi, and Tamil. Sanskrit has been called the most spiritual language in the world. Laura is primarily interested in the sounds of the Sanskrit and how these ancient sounds combined with intent create mantra. Laura teaches beginning Sanskrit vocabulary and pronunciation for yoga.

Kristen Ippolito's studies in yoga and healthy living began over five years ago at the Yoga Path. Currently completing her yoga teacher training certification at the Yoga Path, Kristen lives an active life. As a working mother with a school-age son, she understands how busy everyday life can be. Kristen will help you develop a personal yoga routine that easily fits into your everyday lifestyle. Nutrition and healthy eating are vital to overall well-being. Offering personal cooking lessons that teach you how simple it can be to prepare easy yet nutritious meals for yourself and your family, Kristen is dedicated to helping you transform your life.

Kristen's pursuit of healthy living has also led her to the study of the ancient Indian healing system of Ayurveda which restores the body to its natural balance through proper nutrition and simple therapies to rejuvenate the five senses. Kristen can provide personalized Ayurvedic reflexology sessions as a simple and relaxing way to remove blockages in the body and allow healing energy to flow freely.
